About FCJ

A facilitator's job is to disappear once the deal is safe.

FCJ Storage and Logistics Solutions (Pty) LTD was founded to solve one recurring problem in commodity trade: parties who need each other but can't yet trust each other. We built the company around that gap — verification first, introductions second.

The Company

Trade facilitation, built as a discipline.

FCJ Storage and Logistics Solutions (Pty) LTD, registration number 2024/052488/07, operates as a commodity trade facilitation and logistics coordination business, working across agricultural commodities — maize, wheat, soya, sunflower and fertilizer — and minerals, including chrome, coal, iron ore and manganese.

Rather than trading on our own book, we sit between buyers, sellers and intermediaries: preparing and verifying the documentation chain that lets a deal proceed safely, and coordinating the storage and logistics required to actually move the commodity once terms are agreed.

Where We Operate

Anchored in Durban.

We reference Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, as our point of operation — giving us direct access to port infrastructure and export logistics for the commodities we facilitate.

That footprint keeps us close to the export infrastructure that ultimately moves every facilitated deal.

Leadership

Who you're dealing with.

Managing Director & Founder

Operations Director

Yunus Bux

How We Work

Verification before introduction.

The same principle runs through every deal we touch, regardless of commodity or size.

01

Enquiry received

A buyer, seller or intermediary submits interest and commodity details in confidence.

02

Documentation collected

Corporate and trade documents (LOI/ICPO, NCNDA, IMFPA) are gathered from all sides.

03

Verification

Each party's documentation is checked before any counterparty details are shared.

04

Contact release

Verified parties are introduced, and commercial terms are negotiated directly or via FCJ.

05

SPA & execution

Sale and Purchase Agreement, COA and logistics coordination carry the deal to delivery.
